Oktoberfest Cooking Class

Welcome Chef Marianne De Silva back, but this time in the kitchen working with you to prepare a feast for an Oktoberfest Celebration. This hands-on class welcomes back any prior students, foodies who love to cook and eat, and those who love delicious German Cuisine for this food-enticing evening!
While we prepare our meal,there will be a platter of assorted German sausages/wurst served with mustards, cornichons, pickled onions and Artisan bread.
Chef Marianne welcomes each of you to help prepare a very traditional German Meal; "Seared Beef Roulade," filled with onion, carrot, pickle spears, black forest ham, mustard and more, as our entree. Alongside our entree, we'll make "Homemade Spaetzle, light/airy and tossed with butter to top our Beef Roulade on, and Braised Red Cabbage w/Apples as an additional side dish. We will end this epicurean experience on a sweet note making a "Fresh Apple Strudel" that we'll serve warm w/fresh whip cream!
If you'd like, to accompany our Oktoberfest Celebration, you are invited to bring along some German beers and/or wine.
If all of the above isn't enough for you, keep in mind with this experience comes, complete cooking instructions by a 25-yr. experienced chef, inclusive recipes, a plethora of "great tips and ideas" and the best for last, our labor of love - getting to savor the entire meal at the conclusion of the class!
