Hot Off the Grill!

Welcome Chef Marianne back, this time outside on our patio, as she shares her grill for this exciting “Hot Off The Grill” cooking experience.

This hands-on “Grilling Adventure” will attract global-grillers from far and wide, those cooks that enjoy dabbling in food creation, the novice cook, foodies and gourmands, as well as couples seeking weekly “date night!”

In preparation for July 4th weekend, join in the fun as we grill the perfect salmon and create delicious “Grilled Salmon Skewers w/Garlic, Dijon and Lemon Slices.” Alongside our entrée, we’ll prepare “Balsamic Grilled Vegetables” including; Zucchini, Red/Yellow Bell Peppers and Sweet White Onions. Accompanied by a side salad of “Baby Romaine Grilled Hearts topped with Campari Tomatoes and dressed with an Avocado-Lime Dressing, and end our “epicurean experience” on a “sweet note” with “Grilled Peaches and Maple Syrup.”

If all of the above isn’t enough for you, keep in mind with this experience comes, complete cooking instruction by a 25-yr. experienced chef, inclusive recipes, a plethora of “great tips and ideas” and the best for last, our labor of love �" getting to savor the entire meal!
